RHAM Youth Football and Cheerleading League Bylaws

The bylaws are adopted and reviewed annually by the Board of Directors to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistent operations.

These policies support consistent decision-making, promote safety and sportsmanship, and help ensure fair and respectful treatment of athletes, families, volunteers, and staff. All policies are adopted and enforced by the Board of Directors and work alongside the league bylaws and conference rules.
Southern New England Youth Football Conference
RHAM Youth Football & Cheer participates in the Southern New England Youth Football Conference (SNEYFC). In addition to our league bylaws and policies, we are required to follow the rules, bylaws, and operating standards established by the SNEYFC. RYFC Emergency Action Plans
Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) outline the procedures to be followed in the event of a medical emergency, injury, or other critical incident during practices, games, or league events. These plans are designed to support athlete safety and ensure a coordinated and effective response by coaches, volunteers, and league officials.
EAPs are reviewed regularly and align with league, conference, and safety best practices.
